I bring a unique perspective to law school admissions having served as the Director of Admissions at Stanford Graduate School of Education, where I reviewed joint degree applications including JD/MA programs. During my tenure at Stanford, I evaluated thousands of graduate applications annually and gained deep insight into how elite institutions assess candidates pursuing legal education combined with other disciplines.

As a triple admit to top MBA, JD, and Public Policy programs, I bring a wealth of experience surrounding joint degree program admissions including identifying best-fit programs for career growth, crafting a compelling narrative to fit your target institution, and ensuring GMAT and LSAT scores meet institutional requirements. Prior to graduate school, I spent 3 years at the Boston Consulting Group, and have supported multiple consultants in their application efforts to both MBA programs and JD programs. I also have a diverse set of experiences in the non-profit and advocacy space, with experience supporting 'non-traditional' candidate applications. Let's connect! What's the process like? I like to do a 15-30 minute meeting up front to understand your background, goals, and priorities. We identify tasks to accomplish and set deadlines for each, taking a step-by-step approach that feels manageable. Clients can send written drafts anytime, and I provide written feedback within 48 hours. I'm always available to answer pop-up questions and support. We schedule follow-up meetings as needed.

There's so much information on what a law school applicant should do, it can feel overwhelming. Perhaps the best definition I’ve heard of a law school personal statement is that it’s a chance to tell your story. My goal is to capture a side of you that no one can deny is uniquely you. Law school trains you to be an attorney. But every student, every lawyer, is first and foremost a person – with a story. Your story informs your judgment. As an attorney, you hold tremendous power in society. Showing an admissions committee who you are through your story demonstrates how you’ll use that power responsibly. Our purpose is to tell your story. I believe every person has greatness inside of them and our goal is to show your greatness through your story.

Brian brings over ten years of experience in admissions to world-renowned universities in the US and UK. His specialties are top-ranked colleges and elite graduate programs in law, business, public policy, finance, and economics. He has guided clients into schools like Harvard, Stanford, Berkeley, UChicago, Upenn, Columbia, Yale, London School of Economics, King's College London, Duke, Cornell, Georgetown, USC, and Johns Hopkins. Brian was personally admitted to multiple Ivy League law schools before choosing to pursue a JD at UC Berkeley. He also holds a master of social science from UCLA. His research interests include Bitcoin, green finance, and civil liberties.
