Revant is an experienced Sales & Trading professional with a proven track record managing risk in dynamic, global markets. As an Associate Director at UBS Securities Japan, he ran a multi-billion dollar equity index arbitrage portfolio focused on Japanese and Australian markets, navigating complex events like the 2024 flash crash in Japan and periods of record market highs. A graduate of Dartmouth College with honors in Economics and Japanese, Revant began his career in corporate finance and M&A before transitioning to the trading floor, where he quickly established himself through performance and precision. Revant has worked across Tokyo and Hong Kong, is fluent in Japanese, and brings a global perspective to his mentorship. His coaching style is direct, supportive, and grounded in real-world experience—ideal for those looking to enter or accelerate within Sales & Trading, and related financial services industries.

Theo is a Senior at Virginia Tech pursuing a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. He has received full-time Sales & Trading offers from JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs and will be returning to Goldman as a full-time Rates Trader.
