With over two decades of experience in higher education admissions, I have a proven track record of transforming admissions strategies to increase diversity and enhance student success. As the former Director of Admissions at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, I advised hundreds of prospective applicants across a range of graduate programs—including 11 advanced nursing specialties (MSN), doctoral programs (PhD and DNP), and the Master’s in Nutrition Science—providing strategic guidance on application materials, program fit, and funding opportunities. I led the admissions final selection process and merit awarding along with the faculty admissions committee.
