As a Dermatology PA practicing in NYC, I bring firsthand experience, dedication, and a proven track record to PA school coaching. I successfully interviewed and gained acceptance to 10 competitive PA programs, giving me deep insight into what it takes to stand out. Over the years, I’ve helped countless aspiring PAs with school selection, application preparation, and compelling personal statement writing. With ten years of graduate admissions experience at Stanford University's School of Engineering and School of Education, I can give you an understanding of the application and review process, address your concerns, and answer your questions about graduate school applications. Since 2013, I have worked as a professional graduate admission consultant specializing in helping students navigate the process of applying to graduate programs in the United States, Canada, and the UK. I have traveled worldwide to meet prospective students and their families and understand the different cultural expectations around earning an advanced degree. I founded WISE Graduate Admissions Consulting to share my knowledge and experience with students worldwide. Not to "game the system" but to help applicants navigate the application process so they can present the most favorable, accurate, and compelling picture to committee members of what they have to offer their department. My consulting services will provide you with honest and personalized support as you prepare to apply to graduate school. In particular, I have deep expertise in the areas of engineering, the natural sciences, social sciences, and education. I do not screen out clients based on their academic records. In fact, I am skilled at working with clients who might not feel confident in their potential for graduate studies. I am a board-certified Physician Assistant and I want to help aspiring PAs navigate what can be a daunting application process. I graduated from PA school in December 2023, passed the PANCE in January 2024, and recently started my role as a primary care PA in California. After graduating in microbiology from Brigham Young University, I interviewed with many PA programs and chose to attend PA school at South College Atlanta. I was also on both the President’s list and Dean’s list multiple quarters throughout PA school. Prior to PA school I worked in a variety of clinical roles and settings, so I have a breadth of experience to draw on in assessing personal statements, activity summaries, and resumes.
