With PhD experience in Systems Engineering, I have advised startups through IPOs, and Fortune 500 clients on where and how to secure non-dilutive and strategic R&D funding. I am a plastic surgery resident at University of Pennsylvania, one of the most competitive and academically rigorous training programs in the country. I have authored over 75 peer-reviewed publications, including first-author work in leading journals such as JAMA Surgery, JAMA Ophthalmology, Journal of General Internal Medicine, and Health Affairs. My research has also been recognized at the national level, including receiving a top abstract award at Plastic Surgery The Meeting. I have successfully mentored students into multiple publications and national presentations, including in highly competitive specialties such as orthopedic surgery and dermatology. My approach is hands-on, structured, and tailored to each mentee, with an emphasis on building long-term skills so that students can eventually lead their own projects with confidence.

I’ve served in roles from Engagement Manager in strategy consulting to Associate Partner, and even Chief of Staff in a startup.
