My experience in talent acquisition comes from building, leading, and owning hiring at scale inside complex, global organizations. I’ve run large, multi-function recruiting organizations responsible for hiring thousands of employees across roles, levels, and geographies, while partnering directly with executive teams on workforce strategy and business-critical talent decisions.
I’ve led centralized global TA functions, designed enterprise hiring models, and built the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that allow companies to scale without breaking. That includes employer branding, executive recruiting, university and early-career programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, global mobility, workforce planning, and vendor strategy. I understand how hiring works when volume, speed, quality, and cost all matter at the same time.
At the same time, I’ve been the hiring leader making the final call. I’ve sat on the other side of the table as a business owner and executive, accountable for who joined the organization, how quickly teams came together, and how hiring decisions showed up in performance. That dual experience—running the hiring engine and being the leader relying on it—gives me a practical understanding of where candidates win, where they stall, and why.
Because I’ve operated inside hiring systems at scale, I understand the mechanics candidates rarely see: how roles are scoped, how profiles are compared, how tradeoffs are made, how recruiters advocate internally, and where perception and positioning influence outcomes. I also understand how hiring decisions change under pressure—during hypergrowth, restructuring, leadership transitions, or market shifts.
Clients work with me in this category when they want honest, informed guidance grounded in how hiring actually works—not best practices or surface-level advice. Whether someone is navigating a competitive search, struggling to get traction, or trying to understand why they’re not advancing, I help them make sense of the system from the inside and position themselves accordingly.
