Welcome to my profile! With a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree a Ph.D. in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Utah, I bring a strong combination of clinical expertise, evidence based training, and real world coaching experience. As a licensed physical therapist and professor of physical therapy, I’ve spent years studying how the body moves, adapts, and heals, so your program is grounded in biomechanics, physiology, and injury prevention rather than trends or guesswork. I’ve worked with people across the lifespan and a wide range of abilities, which allows me to tailor training safely while still driving meaningful progress. Most importantly, I translate complex science into clear, practical coaching that helps you build strength, resilience, and confidence in a way that is sustainable for the long term.

I’m a husband, dad of two, and product leader who decided to stop treating health as “nice to have.” Over the past several years I’ve built a sustainable system around strength training, Peloton, walking, and high-protein eating that let me drop weight, gain muscle, and keep energy high while juggling a demanding career and family life. I help busy professionals and parents do the same: set clear goals, design routines that actually fit your schedule, and remove the friction around workouts, food, and sleep. I’m not here to turn you into a bodybuilder, I’m here to help you build realistic habits that you can still keep when work is intense and life is messy.
