A person’s values can be literally anything and sometimes it may be hard to even assign a word to some of them. Values evolve over time and then there are some that you notice have been constant in your life. Those are your core values, they are part of your DNA, they make you…who you are. Values aren’t necessarily equal and depending on where you are and what is going on…some emerge for you has a higher priority than others. This workshop explores the following:
1) Identifying your core values
2) Prioritizing your core values
3) What actions can you take to honor those values...personally and/or professionally
