My qualifications as a coach are built on deep, practitioner-level experience in AI product management. I spent 9 years at Amazon as a Principal Technical Product Manager, where I led the strategy and development of complex AI and Generative AI products. This specialization is the culmination of a career spanning 25+ years that began in engineering, giving me a firsthand understanding of how to translate technical skills into strategic product competencies—a critical skill for any aspiring AI product leader.   As a former hiring manager at Amazon who conducted over 150 interviews for these roles, I offer a rare, 360-degree perspective on what it takes to build an impactful career in the most competitive sector of technology.
