For 24.5 years, I have been the co-founder and president of a niche consulting and coaching firm primarily focused on assisting medium to large-sized nonprofit, philanthropic, and public organizations and professional associations with strategic thinking and planning, leadership transition planning, leadership development, and board of directors development. Over these years, we have partnered with our clients to custom-design and successfully carry out nearly 200 consulting client engagements. Our unique strengths are hearing and clarifying what clients need, sorting out complex and conflicting situations, and co-creating engaging work scopes in which clients are motivated to participate. I've also enhanced my approach to management consulting by training and excelling as a leadership coach. This enables me to break through consulting obstacles and create more opportunities by enhancing consulting with coaching. In one example of a successful engagement in 2019, we worked with 60 leaders at different levels of management in a nonprofit social enterprise with 25 retail outlets across several counties. We trained and coached these leaders while preparing and supporting the board of directors to effectively navigate through transitioning to the first new CEO in 28 years. Today, that organization thrives under new leadership with a successful physical expansion and at least $5 million in annual revenue.
