Sydney’s Management Consulting Qualifications

Experience level: Consultant

60+ people coached for Management Consulting

My 3.5 years in management consulting have been the best of my life, but my path into MBB was unique. I came from a non-Ivy school, off target degree program, and little focus on business before my junior year. Despite this, I got an offer at my top choice firm and managed my networking and staffing to focus 100% of my cases in my primary industry of interest. I have been consistently evaluated as high performing and high potential against my peers, was sponsored for an office transfer and several competitive development programs, have been involved in office recruiting committees, and at times spent 3-6 hours a week mentoring candidates. Through all this, I have learned what is and is not important for building your resume, securing an offer, and then succeeding in a management consulting job. Let's connect and craft a strategy to help you achieve your goals for a career in consulting!
