I have received full time offers in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, and AI operations. I also ran the BYU PE/VC association and have mentored 20+ individuals that have placed into PE/Growth/VC, both directly out of undergrad and after a 1-2 year analyst program in consulting or IB. Left consulting as the first US hire for a Y Combinator backed company to lead GTM Strategy, Sales and Implementation.

As a management consulting coach, I leverage my extensive experience in recruiting. I completed 117 practice cases during the Fall of ’23, the highest number in my class. I also delivered more than 80 practice cases to my classmates, gaining a reputation for dedication and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, I achieved a 100% conversion rate of interview invitations to offers from top firms such as Bain, BCG, and McKinsey. As the Recruiting Cochair for the Armed Forces Group, I have organized veteran-focused events with more than 15 consulting firms and have provided over 100 practice cases to first-year veterans. Furthermore, I worked part-time as a casing coach at the University of Chicago, conducting over 50 mock interviews for undergraduates applying to consulting roles.

As an experienced consultant recruiter for campus programs at BCG who also joined the firm through a non-traditional path, I help students across from many backgrounds prepare themselves for their next step in consulting. My consulting experience directly stems from my current experience at the Boston Consulting Group, a top-tier consulting firm, where I have helped lead our campus recruiting efforts across the US. I entered the firm as a generalist before entering our Real Estate practice and have been involved officially and unofficially in aiding students preapre applications, which has included practicing case interviews, crafting a pitch, reviewing resumes and cover letters, honing in soft interview answers, and creating personalized recruiting strategies across all MBB or beyond. My own path to recruiting for consulting was non-traditional as I started my career in a Finance role for ExxonMobil, where I realized that I wanted to be involved in high-level strategic decision making for firms in order to make a real impact across the world. This led me to recruit for consulting firms, where I had to navigate the complicated world of non-campus recruiting since I was coming in as a lateral experienced hire. My experience through the non-traditional process has helped me paint a blueprint for many others who have come after and place other students at MBB from similar backgrounds. Whether it be traditional recruiting or not, I am always excited to help students pursue their ambitions of joining management consulting.
