As a Columbia Business School graduate, former McKinsey Associate, and current Director of Strategy, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in the competitive world of MBA admissions. I specialize in helping non-traditional applicants develop compelling narratives and excel in interviews, drawing on my own experience and the things that made me successful. I have always loved writing and crafting a compelling story. I worked in the Office of the CEO at BlackRock for several years, managing both the CEO and the firm’s narrative, and I understand how to appeal to a professional audience while finding space for personality and passion to shine through. I managed my own MBA application process and was admitted to Stanford, Harvard, and Wharton. I received feedback from the admissions counselors at each school and was able to overcome weaknesses in my application through my storytelling and interview skills. I’ve helped clients, friends and peers navigate the process including everything from time management and confidence building to narrative crafting and storytelling. The MBA process is incredibly unique and difficult, and I am excited to help people find their voice and stand out amongst a crowd!

As a current Stanford GSB MBA and a triple admit to GSB, HBS, and Wharton, I have helped clients to refine their story, edit resumes, essay reviews, and mock interview practice.

My coaching journey naturally began with my own experience applying to MBA programs both within the US and globally, and I have been able to leverage my unique knowledge to enable students to put their best profile forward for admissions committee. My mix of international and US applications gives me a broader experience base both for students looking to go abroad, or coming from non-traditional US backgrounds. When applying for my MBA, I was dead set on the idea of living abroad and was accepted to Oxford and London Business School in England. A turn of events in my life led me in later application rounds to apply to the Wharton School of Business, a top 3 business school, where I ultimately attended. My successes at these schools, paired with my rejections from Harvard and MIT, enables me to sympathize with your application process and offer real insights based on both the successes and bumps in the road. Another important point is that I myself worked with a third-party coach in preparing my applications, so the dynamic of coaching is not new to me and has enabled me to refine my approach and materials thanks to hundreds of reviews by other experts. My broad experience across schools, and expert-reviewed approach, enables me to truly understand each step they are going through and to empower the students I work to bring forward their best selves.
