Top Skills: Application essay writing and editing, interview prep, application strategy, crafting your narrative R1 2024 Client Results To-Date (Essay and/or Interview Support): • Kellogg: 4 Admits • Columbia: 2 Admits • Yale SOM: 1 Admit • MIT: 1 Admit As an MBA candidate at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a former Senior Product Manager at American Express, I bring a wealth of experience in business strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and recruiting for fintech and CPG (the industry that I'll be interning in over the summer). My journey from Yale University, where I graduated with distinction, to Kellogg has equipped me with a unique perspective on the MBA admissions process. I have successfully prepared several peers for the 2024 admissions cycle by structuring their applications and editing their essays. I also have experience volunteering for Yale's Undergraduate Admissions Office as an alumni interviewer and as an on-campus tour guide while at school. Whether you need guidance on application strategy, essay writing, or interview preparation, I'm here to help you achieve your goals with a warm, supportive attitude. The business school application process can be stressful and I hope to alleviate some of that stress by cheering you on from the sidelines!

About Abby
I'm East Coast born and raised and went to Yale for my undergraduate degree. After graduating, I lived in NYC for just over five years, spending most of my early career working at American Express as a PMM and PM. Kellogg fulfilled my desire to shore up my quantitative skills as a liberal arts major and make a career pivot into the CPG space. Outside of school and work, I am a twin sister and dog mom who loves books, podcasts, musical theater, and tennis.
Why do I coach?
Entering my second-year of business school at Kellogg, I realized one of the experiences I've enjoyed the most is being a career peer - a student who offers support with resumes, cover letters, and all the other touch points within the job application process. Being able to alleviate the inherent stress others are feeling and highlight their strengths is deeply gratifying to me, especially as someone who loves reading, writing, and storytelling. I'm well acquainted with the stress that comes with applications and any form of evaluation, and hope I can be the person who assures my clients that it will be all ok. I'm here to absorb the anxiety and be your cheerleader as your progress towards your exciting next steps. I've worked with awesome coaches in the past and know what a difference it can make in putting forth an application you feel confident about and at peace with.
