About Shruti
As a Stanford and Berkeley grad, I consider myself a Bay area native, although I was born and raised in Mumbai, India. I have experience in large multi-national companies as well as 20-person startups, focused on consulting, strategy, business development and sales. I currently lead go-to-market at a health tech startup. Previously, I was at Flatiron Health, leading BD and sales, and in internal and external consulting roles. Throughout my career, I have done a lot of work on setting up hiring pipelines and processes and mentoring early-career women, who all went on to have accelerated career trajectories. Some of these individuals have been my mentees for 6+ years. I continue to coach through management leadership for tomorrow, helping undergrads land amazing roles in corporate. I was on the Haas AdCom, conducted interviews, and coached peers. Many of my recent mentees have been accepted to top 10 business schools. In my free time, I enjoy taking my dog on long walks and running along the embarcadero in San Francisco.
Why do I coach?
As an immigrant, I have overcome biases and imposter syndrome by recognizing my own worth and leveraging my network - I love helping people do that.
