Experienced educator and teaching coach in mathematics, literature and language arts, and test prep. In my role as Campus Director at Art of Problem Solving Academy Princeton, I observed and offered feedback to multiple other teachers on a weekly basis, helping them stay focused on student-centered, rigorous instructional practices. Prior to that, I served as a mentor tutor at Private Prep LLC, helping newer employees become oriented to the company's culture and norms, and to reach their own goals for student success.

August 2015 - June 2018
I became Private Prep's Hiring Director during a time of change for the company: it was in the process of expanding to other metropolitan areas. It quickly became apparent that I would not be able to personally interview all potential incoming tutors, as my predecessors in the role had done. So, I built a team of interviewers out of some of our best tutors. I also strengthened our interview protocols, including for test-prep tutors, who form the backbone of Private Prep's workforce.
