Hiring Coordinator

I became Private Prep's Hiring Director during a time of change for the company: it was in the process of expanding to other metropolitan areas. It quickly became apparent that I would not be able to personally interview all potential incoming tutors, as my predecessors in the role had done. So, I built a team of interviewers out of some of our best tutors. I also strengthened our interview protocols, including for test-prep tutors, who form the backbone of Private Prep's workforce.
