About Carolyn

Growing up, I was the youngest sibling who always wanted a younger sibling to guide and mentor. While that younger sibling never came along, I found other ways to grow my interest in coaching. In high school I led eight sophomores through an eleven day backpacking trip and in college I coached girls' lacrosse. At Bain, while I enjoyed the challenge of cracking the case, what I enjoyed most was developing excel bootcamps for my direct reports and helping them set professional goals. At One Acre Fund, one of the largest social enterprises in East Africa, my favorite project involved launching a professional development program that upskilled 2,500 sales agents. Suffice to say - I'm a people person through and through who is on a mission to help bring out the best in people -- whether that's during a point of transition, in a classroom, in a meeting, or on an athletic field.
