Rebecca has helped clients get into these companies:
I focus on helping ambitious young-professionals identify and align their purpose and values with their professional goals, while defining what role work plays in their broader life context. I am an International Coaching Federation certified coach with training from the Life Purpose Institute, Co-Active, and NYU and have had the privilege of working with entrepreneurs and employees from renowned organizations like McKinsey, Apple, Meta, Deloitte, and Disney towards achieving career clarity and meaningful change. My effectiveness as a coach also lies in my own personal and professional journey: after graduating from Vanderbilt, I began a job at Google, ultimately being promoted to team manager while working on performance management, systems design, and equity/inclusion. While at Google, I unexpectedly became my mother and sibling’s caretaker in my twenties, giving me a unique perspective on balancing the personal and professional. As a coach, I specialize in helping high-achieving people get “unstuck” in their career, remove obstacles caused by perfectionism and overthinking, and ultimately help clients reach higher levels of fulfillment. Why do I coach?
When I became the primary caregiver for my mom and brother with disabilities, I faced a moment where I had to honestly assess what was most important to me and what I truly valued—in both my career and life. During that time, working with a coach helped me clarify my values and goals and design a plan that aligned with them. It also introduced me to the world of coaching. While I received plenty of advice from loved ones, what I needed was space to sort through the complex challenges I was facing across my personal and professional life. A space where I could find my own unique solution that actually reflected me, my values, and my goals. This clarity not only accelerated my career but also allowed me to design a life that aligns with my values and priorities.
