Natalie is an experienced investor with over a decade of expertise in the technology sector. As a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, Natalie invested in companies at every stage—from early-stage to growth—and across industries including enterprise, fintech, and marketplaces. Most recently, she served as VP and Head of Ventures at Binance, where she led venture investments and incubations. Before that, Natalie was Head of Ecosystem Development at a Lightspeed portfolio company. Before transitioning to venture capital, Natalie worked in tech M&A investment banking at Qatalyst Partners, advising on high-profile mergers and acquisitions. She also has experience in admissions and outreach at Y Combinator and software growth equity at Accel-KKR. Natalie holds both a BS and MS in Engineering from Stanford University. She is a child of immigrant parents and a native of San Francisco.
