Making the move from individual contributor to a people leader was one of the more challenging career transitions I've made, and I'm all the better for it. I've worked with senior professionals and those just starting their careers at Google, LinkedIn, and a smaller startup, and I've come across many frameworks and perspectives (alongside successes and challenges) that I can share with you in hopes that you can learn and be a stronger and more confident leader in your organization. Leadership is about full ownership, and I can't wait to be part of your career journey and development as a leader.

About Kevin
One reason you’ll find me talking about football, playing hockey, and watching ALL the sports is because I love the power of teamwork. Maybe I love teams because I’m an only child, or because I’m a first-generation American born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. All I know is I’ve spent my career seeking out special teams like the Chicago Blackhawks, Detroit Red Wings, Google, LinkedIn, and ServiceNow. In my 17 years in sales, I learned first-hand that a “lone-wolf” approach doesn’t work. No one can be great at everything–I’m definitely not–but when I approach our work as a team sport, we set ourselves up to be great. Fun facts: 1. I’ve flown over one million miles with Delta Airlines. 2. I made it past the first round of SYTYCD auditions. 3. I own a championship ring from the 2008 Stanley Cup with the NHL Detroit Red Wings.
Why do I coach?
Over the last three years, I've coached junior & senior sellers (leaning into my time as a salesperson), including VPs and C-level executives looking to perfect their sales approach and build their careers. I come to you with stories of my own successes and failures, and I'm eager to help you think through your approach (I love thinking out loud with people) and develop a game plan for which you have full ownership and autonomy. There is no "one size fits all" approach. I'm a coach because I truly believe in the potential of people. In my own career, I have strong mentors (former managers and leaders whom I admire), and let's be real - even the greatest athletes in the world have coaches.
