Serve as both Chief of Staff to the CEO and support Executive Team in achieving value creation plan including: -Launched and managed Voice of Customer program by training 15 employees to conduct 30+ interviews and running company NPS program; insights directly influenced product roadmap and strategic investments -Partner with CRO to improve sales excellence (e.g., redesigned discovery pitch deck to drive 20% increase in early stage conversion) and escalate areas of risk (e.g., reps off track in quota, pipeline management) -Lead annual operating planning with CFO to build 2025 corporate strategy, product vision, financial plans and OKRs -Work directly with Vista to manage quarterly board meetings including analyzing key trends to measure business health
