Why do I coach?
Looking back on my career, there are so many things I wish I had learned earlier—knowledge that would have given me the confidence to land any job I wanted. After reviewing countless resumes and LinkedIn profiles, it’s clear to me that many job seekers still lack the same insights I once did. I coach because I want to share this invaluable knowledge with others. My goal is to help job seekers gain the confidence and information they need to navigate the job market successfully. By sharing the strategies, tools, and mindset I’ve developed over the years, I hope to empower my clients to stand out and secure the opportunities they deserve.
