-Conducted new hire orientation including office tours, paperwork and all pre-boarding planning and exit meetings -Organized employee files and I-9’s using E-Verify and respond to employee requests and employment verification -Oversaw and supervised Human Resources intern and temporary employees -Attended recruitment fairs and networking events to identify and source a pipeline of qualified candidates using Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system -Participated and facilitated events for diversity and inclusion employee resource group and culture club -Processed pay changes through ADP including pay rates, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions and 401K deferrals -Organized company-wide benefits and wellness programs (“Wellness Wednesday” series, open enrollment, health fairs) -Ensured that benefit plans are effectively administered; audit and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, ensure plan documents and procedures are up to date -Reconciled bills and invoices for benefit carriers
