My career journey has been a series of unexpected twists and turns. From navigating a sudden company reorganization during my honeymoon to leading the product team in a high-growth startup aiming to be acquired, I've faced challenges that tested my resilience and pushed me to my limits. One defining moment occurred when I found myself as the VP of Product Management in a meeting with the CEO, expressing concerns about a product idea. Despite the initial discomfort, I knew I had to speak my mind. I told him, "You hired me for my voice, even if you don't always like what I have to say." This experience reinforced the importance of authenticity, courage, and speaking one's truth, even when it's challenging. These experiences have instilled in me the importance of self-belief, reflection and the power of resilience. I've learned to navigate uncertainty, overcome self-doubt and prioritize my well-being amidst demanding circumstances. I've also learned the importance of leaning into gumption - that inner fire that drives us to take action, embrace challenges and become the leaders we are meant to be. And guess what? I'm passionate about partnering with you through your own transformational journey.
