About Emma

Welcome to my profile! I am originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and am a December 2024 graduate from Brigham Young University with a degree in Strategic Management. Prior to joining Bain & Company in the Dallas office, my professional journey started with internships at Chevron, a student-run consultancy, and Goldman Sachs, where I developed a passion for problem-solving and strategic thinking. Through these roles, I gained hands-on experience across a variety of industries, from finance to technology, and strengthened my ability to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions for clients. At Cougar Consulting Group, the student-run consultancy at Brigham Young University, I gained real-world experience in consulting through providing our B2B SaaS client with real results. Last year, I had the opportunity to be a Manager, which involved leading a team of 6 analysts through a 4-month engagement by guiding and building tailored workstreams. At Goldman Sachs, I had the opportunity to leverage the consulting toolkit through several process improvement projects. This experience honed my analytical abilities and provided a real-world use case for my education in SQL, R, and Alteryx. In addition, throughout my time at Brigham Young University, I have been involved in several student organizations such as Management Consulting Association, Women in Strategy, and the Business Strategy Society. Notably, I have served in the presidency of the Business Strategy Society for several years and am Co-President currently. When I'm not in class, enjoying then Utah mountains, or helping people prep for consulting recruiting, you can find me shopping, baking/cooking, exercising, traveling, and going to concerts.
