Growing up in California, I learned the value of perseverance and adaptability, which prepared me for the challenges of leading teams early in my career. My time at Williams Sonoma and Tesla shaped my passion for leadership development, where I built programs that empowered individuals and teams to thrive, fostering collaboration, empathy, and measurable results.
