About Drew
Hi, I’m Drew! My journey began in leadership at just 22 when I stepped into my first management role, quickly advancing to General Manager by 24. Growing up in California, I learned the importance of perseverance and self-trust, which prepared me for the challenges I faced early in my career. Later, I joined Tesla, where my career took me to Seattle and then Austin, Texas. At Tesla and Williams Sonoma, I developed leadership programs that empowered individuals to thrive and achieve results through empathy and actionable strategies. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel the weight of self-doubt and burnout—trying to prove yourself while finding your voice. Those experiences fueled my passion for helping ambitious women overcome these barriers and step into their full potential. Whether it’s advancing in your career, building leadership skills, or rediscovering balance, I’m here to guide you. My coaching combines mindset work with data-driven strategies to help clients break through obstacles and create success on their own terms. Currently, I’m pursuing a Jungian Life Coaching certification to deepen my expertise in uncovering hidden potential and transforming self-doubt into confidence. Now based in Austin, I spend my free time kayaking, exploring local coffee spots, and crafting workshops on leadership and growth. Why do I coach?
I coach because I know the transformative power of having someone in your corner when the path feels uncertain. Early in my career, I stepped into leadership roles without formal guidance, often questioning whether I was “good enough.” Fortunately, I had mentors who saw my potential before I could see it in myself. Their support helped me grow into a confident leader and changed the trajectory of my life. I’ve seen how coaching turns uncertainty into clarity, action, and growth.
