In my work as Vice President at Panasonic, we were constantly looking for smaller to large companies to partner with on new business ventures. From our getting into Battery Storage Devices, to our early pioneering of Home Telemedicine, to our working on whole home ventilation and energy systems, I headed a team that worked with partners to bring to market solutions in areas that we could not do on our own. A lot of this work is empowering staff to do the ground work for setting up a successful venture, and a key to doing that is hiring the right type of person. They are not just sales people, or product people, or managers. They are innovators and project management, with technical backgrounds and an understanding of marketing. In this sense, who you put in key positions is a key to getting successful ventures, as well as defining clearly the work of leadership in cementing relationships. I can help advise on doing this successfully.

About Dan
I have been in business for over 30 years working to develop talent working with me. As a division head then division president for Panasonic I learned how to be successful by making others reach there potential. Along the way I benefitted from coaches and got my coaching certification in 2016. Since then I have been coaching-- from college students to small business leaders and those in larger corporations. The goal is always the same—do what the client wants to reach their goals and serve their values.
Why do I coach?
I had many great bosses, academic teachers, and developed leaders under me who ended up allowing me to achieve and exceed my career goals. I had two “real” coaches along the way and they were invaluable. Empowering me, while also helping me identify the relationship between goals, values, your work, your life. I respect the art of coaching and also understand many of the real world’s challenges at work. So I want to use my experience and trainign to help individuals be happy, fulfilled, and also achieve the balance in life they seek.
