About Corinna
I’m a first-generation college graduate and immigrant who moved to the U.S. to pursue greater opportunities both personally and professionally. Growing up, I became deeply curious about leadership and how it could influence not just businesses but lives. I earned a master’s degree in International Business and have since held global leadership roles, transforming individuals, teams, and organizations across multiple continents. My journey hasn’t been without challenges. Early in my career, I believed strong performance alone would propel my career forward, but I learned the hard way that understanding leadership, communication, and strategy were the real game-changers. That experience shaped me into the leader and coach I am today—a coach with empathy for career hurdles and a proven ability to help others avoid the mistakes I made while finding their true leadership potential. Leadership communication has been a cornerstone of my career and one of my greatest passions. It’s why I’ve written a book, facilitated leadership workshops, and worked with hundreds of professionals who wanted to lead authentically, navigate challenges with confidence, and build high-performing teams. When I’m not coaching executives and emerging leaders to succeed, you’ll find me mentoring, speaking, and supporting organizations to drive meaningful impact.

I coach out of a passion for enabling leaders to rise to their full potential and create ripple effects of positive change.
