About Caitlyn

I have successfully pivoted into product management from education. I currently work in edtech in product management and operations, and I am passionate about helping people pivot into PM from non-traditional backgrounds. I can provide coaching for product management, resume reviews, case interview prep, and even craft a personal project for your portfolio. In addition, I am a seasoned executive functioning expert that has worked across research, clinical, school, and workplace settings for over 5 years. A former Stanford researcher, I specialize in learning differences such as dyslexia, ADHD, autism, anxiety, and OCD in the work place and in college admissions. I have worked with over 800+ people for school and work placement, focusing on building coping skills in the realms of time management, metacognition, planning and prioritizing, and organization. I help people get accommodations, whether it be at work and school, and previously headed a legal advocacy clinic for students with disabilities. Some success stories include students engaging with hard drugs, alcohol, unprotected sex, and ADHD successfully getting into their dream school after one year of intervention, in addition to adults struggling with internet addiction and executive dysfunction landing their dream job in a FAANG company. In addition to my work in executive functioning, I also am an operations and product manager in the edtech space. I have success in making career pivots, salary negotiation, and starting in product management as a non-business or tech person.

Why do I coach?

I coach because as a first-gen low-income student at Stanford, I pursued my passions without any plans for trying to figure out my future. I thought that that by simply getting good grades, everything would fall into place. I have made considerable efforts to rebuild my network, and hone my craft. I am so proud to help the demographic I do navigate their life dreams. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing success after struggles.
