About Aleesha
Hi, I'm Aleesha! After 15+ years of leading brand, marketing, and research at mission-driven startups and technology companies (LinkedIn, Digit, Brightwheel) and Fortune 100 companies (Nike, Chase, J&J), I now work directly with individuals as an Integral Leadership & Career Coach. I take an integral, values-driven approach to coaching and specialize in partnering with those who are feeling stuck, seeking growth, or transitioning careers. Throughout my career, I have experienced my fair share of lows (getting laid off, feeling burnt out, being stuck in a toxic environment), highs (getting promoted, gaining responsibility, becoming a leader), and transitions (from consulting to client-side, individual contributor to people manager, interviewee to hiring manager, big company to start-ups, B2C to B2B, mentee to mentor, full time job to freelancer, and many more). And so as your coach, I pull from these experiences and guide you by asking the important questions all with the goal of moving you towards the career and life you want. I'm also a proud dog mom, amateur yogi, hummus lover, marketing & research consultant, and a new found minimalist after a 2-year roadtrip across 25+ cities.
Why do I coach?
I coach to make an impact and be in service of others. I achieved this clarity about my purpose and values from working with my own coach a few years ago, and I hope to be able to do the same for you--so you too can live your life, personal and professional, with more clarity, intention, and joy.
