Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe in the power of mentorship to unlock potential. Throughout my career, I’ve seen how the right guidance can transform not just businesses, but also individual trajectories. After years of fulfilling (and intense) work and a tremendous amount of growth at McKinsey, I was burnt out. It took the unwavering support of mentors and friends plus an immense amount of personal work with coaches to regain my confidence and recommit to my personal purpose in work. Whether it's navigating a career transition, building confidence in decision-making, or achieving ambitious goals, I find immense fulfillment in helping others turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
