Why do I coach?

When I started college, I didn't have a clear direction for my career. But thanks to mentors I met later on in my life, I began to plan my future career more thoughtfully. Over time, I became a mentor myself, helping more than 20 mentees navigate the complexities of job choices and deferred MBA applications.
