About Will

I’m a graduate of the Stanford GSB (class of 2022). Mentorship and coaching have played a large role in my life. After graduating, I joined a formal mentorship program at my alma mater, helping students navigate key career decisions and prepare for their very first job interviews. At BCG, I led regional recruiting, screening resumes and supporting candidates throughout the case interview process, working with ~20 full-time offerrees. During my time at the GSB, I helped successful applicants attending schools such as Stanford and Kellogg. Writing my MBA applications was a life-changing experience, and I want you to enjoy it as much as I did. A successful application starts with thoughtful inquiry and asking the right questions - exploring what drives you, what sets you apart, and why you want to do an MBA. If you do the groundwork, crafting your story - and your essays - should come naturally. You can count on me to help you drill down on that, provide direct and detailed feedback as you progress, and help you organize and manage your MBA application journey. I’ve worked with candidates of all backgrounds, but my own experiences can be particularly helpful if you grew up abroad or in a different culture, if you have international experiences or a global career, if you worked in consulting, if you went to a non-target school/non-traditional background, or if you’re a first generation college student.
