Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it’s like to feel lost on a nonlinear path. As a first-generation immigrant and college student, I had no roadmap—no built-in network to guide me. Every step, from choosing a career to breaking into top firms, felt like trial and error. Mentors changed everything. They helped me see possibilities I didn’t know existed, pushed me to refine my approach, and gave me the confidence to keep going.
