Here's a quick summary of some relevant consulting recruiting experiences: - I spent three years at Bain Chicago where I co-led Associate Consultant recruiting for Purdue University and conducted first-round Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant Intern interviews for students from Northwestern University. Here I learned exactly what it takes to stand out in the application process and what interviewers look for in candidates. - I completed my undergrad at Purdue University when it was not yet a target school for management consulting roles. While there, I worked with classmates and industry partners to bulid out management consulting case prep infrastructure at the school. It was here that I learned how to break down a daunting case interview process into manageable pieces that anyone can approach and excel in. - I recently graduated with an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management. While there, I helped classmates navigate networking and crack the case interview so that they could land offers with top firms. Here I learned about the nuances of MBA-level recruiting.
