Hi everyone! My name is Vaish Anna and I am a recent grad from UT Austin with a degree in Management Information Systems and Finance, and I've got a real passion for helping others succeed. Throughout my time in college, I've been coaching younger classmates and even guiding my own sister through the college admissions process. It's been incredibly rewarding to see them thrive under my guidance. Currently, I'm working at Visa in financial technology as an Associate Product Manager, where I'm not only honing my problem-solving and leadership skills but also assisting with recruiting and offering personal finance advice. I genuinely believe that my combination of academic knowledge, coaching experience, and real-world expertise makes me a great fit for a college coaching role. Why do I coach?
As the eldest child in my family, I've always been the trailblazer, forging my own path and learning from my own experiences. However, along the way, I often wished I had mentors and advisors to turn to, especially when I made mistakes that could have been avoided with guidance. That longing ignited a passion within me to give back and coach younger students on crucial matters like college admissions, recruiting help, and personal finance. Through my own journey, I've realized the transformative impact of mentorship and support, and now, I'm dedicated to providing that guidance to others, ensuring they have the resources and insights they need to thrive. My commitment to empowering the next generation stems from a deep-seated belief in the power of mentorship and the profound difference it can make in someone's life.
