Tricia has helped clients get into these companies:
I bring with me over 6 years of extensive Executive coaching experience (C-Suite; VP's; MD's, etc.), having worked with leaders at nearly all of World's top companies and within nearly every major industry. I have a far-reaching global footprint, having coached clients and leaders from over 60+ countries and counting (I've coached leaders from every Continent except Antarctica!). In addition to my coaching expertise and experience, I also bring with me my 12+ years of corporate Learning & Development experience at one of the Big 4 professional services firms (PwC). I've supported leaders with managing board relations, navigating partner departures and subsequent equity and responsibility restructuring, change management and deep company cultural change, interpersonal and professional skills development, business strategy development, and much, much, more. I've even been referred to as a "CEO Whisperer" once or twice. I'm known for, and receive consistent feedback around, being able to synthesize client issues to the finest point and help them connect the necessary dots to move things toward action. I am empathetic and compassionate, yet direct and pull no punches; I also bring humor and a down-to-earth realness to each and every one of my client interactions, putting clients at ease and making them feel comfortable.

About Tricia
Hello! My name is Tricia, and I am a career, leadership, and executive coach with over 10 years of professional coaching experience. My background is in corporate Learning & Development; during my 11 years at one of the Big 4 professional services firms, I had a hand in designing, project managing, creating content for, and implementing leadership development training programs that spanned audiences from intern to partner. As a coach, I serve leaders at all levels who are looking to make any sort of shift. Leaders who are new (or newer) managers and are developing their leadership style and professional brand; are looking to develop essential skills like giving quality, actionable feedback, delegating effectively, shifting culture, and managing stress and burnout; leaders at all levels (including individual contributors) who are looking to do some deep work on their imposter syndrome, limiting beliefs, and professional insecurities. I support professionals who are looking to make a career or role change; are looking to get to the bottom of what they truly want out of their professional lives; and need help with their resume, interview skills, and preparing for professional development conversations. I love working with anyone who is looking to get the most fulfillment and satisfaction out of their professional lives; needs help with procrastination and avoidance when working toward goals; or needs help with setting boundaries. I take the time to truly connect with and get to know each and every client on a deep level. I tend to start coaching engagements with some values work, so that both myself and the client can have a base knowledge of what’s truly important to them (this helps me to ground/challenge them when necessary when they’re navigating things like making decisions, making changes, etc.). Clients can expect a lot of empathy and compassion, as well as direct (yet polite) challenges. They can expect to laugh a lot, even while we’re doing the hard work. I like to partner fully with my clients to co-create the personal and professional lives they truly want. My coaching is comprehensive, meaning nothing is off-limits if they want to work on it. I encourage them to bring their whole selves to sessions.
Why do I coach?
I discovered and fell in love with coaching while working at PwC. The first thing I'd noticed about the firm's coaches was that they all seemed so happy! I'd also noticed that some of the "tools" they used when coaching or simply interacting with others, were closely aligned with my strengths and passions: empathy, listening for what's not being said, connecting the dots, validating feelings, and more. I very quickly realized that coaching was "it" for me, and decided to pursue my coaching certification and credentials. After struggling with depression and anxiety for most of my life, I took a 3 month sabbatical from work several years ago to address my issues, head-on; during that time, I also started my coaching certification program. Coaching quite literally saved my life. The support I received from my program coaches (in addition to therapy and group therapy) was invaluable, allowing me the space to comfortably open up and talk through all of the internal blocks I'd put in place, and opened my eyes to how those blocks were keeping me from achieving my personal and professional goals. Put simply, I am intensely passionate about coaching, and can't believe I get to do this everyday! For me, coaching is the epitome of meaningful work, and is wholly aligned with my values, strengths, and passions.
