I graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human & Organizational Development with minors in Corporate Strategy and Leadership Effectiveness. I received a full ride academic scholarship to attend Vanderbilt and was a manager within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice where I've enabled large scale technology adoptions across the public and private sectors. I am be pursuing my MBA at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business (GSB) on a full ride scholarship. I also received full ride scholarships from Wharton, Kellogg, Duke, and Georgetown in addition to receiving full tuition reimbursement sponsorship from Deloitte. I have a passion for education, leadership development, and community service and utilize my innate coaching abilities to help applicants across all backgrounds ‘find their voice."

My consulting experience spans across industries including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy & Resources, Consumer & Industrial Products, and State and Local Government.
