Why do I coach?
When I became a coach in 2016, I got my own coach -- and experienced breakthroughs I never thought possible. My coach helped me get clear on my values, identify stuck areas, and ultimately, helped me define my life and career dreams in a more tangible and more exciting way than I'd ever done before. Most crucially, the actions I was able to take with the accountability of a coach actually made those aspirations a reality. As a result, I became a more efficient, more authentic, and more aligned leader and found a career at the intersection of my passion and my skillset. Now, as a coach, I am inspired to work with my clients to do the same! When I finish a coaching session, I am in awe of the "ah-ha" moments my clients experience and am truly their biggest supporter, and I am grateful to be able to do this work.
