In my 15-year career at Microsoft (accomplished over 2 stints - 2000-2014 and 2021-2023), I coached hundreds of leaders and executives as they experienced leadership and organizational transitions, prepared themselves for leading at the next level, and dug deep into their personal leadership to become a better overall leader. I also coached dozens of executive leadership teams to align on their strategy and determine how they needed to evolve as a team to sustain a thriving culture.
