About Stephanie
I have 10+ years of product marketing and product management experience leading business initiatives and growth strategies in the hybrid cloud, data, and AI space at IBM. Expertise in all aspects of marketing including launching marketing initiatives for new product introductions and product line revitalization, and developing content strategies and plans aligned to buyers journeys with assets that bring key value props and messages to life. Exceptional track record in developing strong relationships and alliances with channel partners. I've also mentored many colleagues on career guidance, product management/marketing skills, and helped with resumes and cover letters.
Why do I coach?
I have done coaching throughout my career at IBM to share my wisdom specifically in the product management and marketing space along with resume guidance. I got into coaching as my father and I started our own executive search/resume writing firm when I was in college, and it aspired me to help others grow in their career. My passion is helping people gain clarity and confidence around the direction they want to go. Anyone can benefit from a career coach at all stages of their careers. While the majority of my clients have come to me because they feel unhappy and are actively seeking a change, I have also helped many who are doing really great but want to get to their next level. Additionally, I have helped many who are in the middle – they are not looking for a career change – but want to figure out how to deal with difficult managers or make a toxic work environment better.
