About Stephanie
Hi, all! My name is Stephanie and I love being a tutor. Whether through formal or informal instruction, being a part of a another person's pursuit of knowledge has always been a special part of my life. I graduated from Princeton University in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Molecular Biology and a certificate in Global Health and Health Policy. During my time at Princeton, I worked as head study group content tutor for general chemistry and molecular biology as well as on the Varsity Tutors and Wyzant platforms. I primarily use these formative experiences to teach my current students, which has allowed me to tutor to a wide variety of learners. I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2023 with a Master's in Public Health, specializing in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. While in graduate school, I started the Stay Ready Learning Company, which primarily focused on creating a one-on-one, comprehensive college consulting experience for students looking to get into top US universities. From the test prep scheduling to the college admissions advising, every aspect of this program was dedicated to the unique success of its students. Currently, I am a third-year medical student at UTHSCSA Long School of Medicine with an interest in Infectious Diseases and Dermatology. I look forward to meeting you all!
Why do I coach?
Throughout my academic career, I have always had a genuine love for sharing the knowledge that others have shared with me. As I have progressed, this love transformed into helping others grasp entire concepts and improve their academic trajectory. The amount of impact that academic confidence can have in a person's life means that I, as a coach, can also meaningfully impact a person's life, both professionally and emotionally, an experience that never gets old.
