About Simranjit (Simmy)

Hi there! My name is Simmy Bhatia and I am an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School ('26). I graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia where I studied Computer Science. I was also a deferred admit in the 2+2 program and am happy to chat about the journey from application to matriculation. Prior to the MBA, I was a software engineer at Twitch (Amazon subsidiary) for four years. I worked as a full-stack engineer on the Product team and as a machine learning engineer on the Recommendations team. I also worked as a product manager at TestParty AI, a venture backed seed stage startup. I would be delighted to chat about my experiences working in Big Tech and at a startup, as well as my personal experiences in engineer and product roles.
