About Shreya

Hi there! I'm Shreya. I graduated with a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech. I started my career in management consulting at Bain & Company in Atlanta. My passion for storytelling led me to explore business development at Curated, a series C e-commerce start-up based in San Francisco. I then went on to head marketing at Upbeat - pursuing my desire to work at a mission-driven mental health start-up. I'm currently in the MMM program at Kellogg which is a dual degree MBA + MS in Design Innovation. In my 3 years at Bain, I spent the majority of my time in the consumer products industry along with private equity due diligence, life sciences fund strategy, and operating model re-design for an insurance company. I love creating things from scratch and being able to see the impact I'm creating, which sparked my desire to work at a start-up. My experience at Curated and Upbeat reiterated my passion for working in smaller and scrappier environments as well as working on missions I deeply care about. My coaching style aligns closely with my personal motto of keeping it real. Working with me involves open and transparent communication, tactical advice based on my experiences and learnings, a collaborative dialogue and most importantly, personalized guidance.
