About Shane
Hi there - I am an Irish-American former mechanical engineer who arrived at BCG in London seven years ago by way of an LBS MBA. At BCG, I was a CV screener and interviewer for undergraduate, MBA, and experienced-hire applicants (in addition to the core consulting role where I focused on decarbonisation of manufacturing and energy clients - a role I took on following a one-year World Economic Forum Fellowship on corporate climate action).
Why do I coach?
I enjoy coaching because I love to help unlock your potential - I can put you at ease about a tough process and "declutter" the CV / cover letter / fit & case interview prep process for you - based on my own experience navigating it, where I wish I could have known what I know now! Worked directly with and advised BCG's CEO ahead of public and private engagements on climate - Built successful B2B Saas startup fyld.ai alongside BCG incubator Digital Ventures - Previously Consultant and Project Leader (promoted early to Principal)
