Why do I coach?
I coach because I’m passionate about helping people unlock their potential and navigate the often complex and overwhelming process of career transitions. Having gone through my own journey of pivoting from sales to consulting, I know firsthand how intimidating it can be to break into new industries, prepare for rigorous interviews, and negotiate for the best outcomes. Coaching allows me to share the knowledge and strategies that helped me succeed, so others can confidently pursue their career goals. For me, the most rewarding part is seeing my clients land roles they’ve worked hard for, often in companies they once thought were out of reach.
