About Sabina
If you're meeting me for the first time, let me explain myself in the best way that I can: I am the person who makes friends in elevators. I never met a stranger I couldn't spark up a conversation with. This innate skill has made me successful in both professional and personal relationship-building. Mostly, it has made me a mentor and coach at every stop in my career journey thus far. Before launching my coaching practice, I spent years in the digital trenches at some of the most recognizable names in media and tech. At Amazon, I served as an Account Manager on the high-performing Beauty & Personal Care team, where I not only helped global brands grow but also mentored new team members, developed org-wide best practices, and built cross-functional bridges across the business. (Let’s just say I wore a lot of hats… and sometimes a headset.) Throughout the years, the Beauty industry changed so much, alongside Amazon goals, the economy, and the education and expertise within Advertising. I was able to work through change, build strong client relationships, and ultimately help my brands surpass their own business goals. I had fun along the way doing it, too. Before that, I optimized ad campaigns and sharpened my analytical edge at Dotdash Meredith, and kicked things off as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at EGC Group, where I learned how to make things happen — scrappy-style — across SEO, email, social, and paid media. These experiences made me quick on my feet, eager to learn, and, I take pride in the lessons and experience I learned in small business environments I started out at. But here's the thread that ties it all together: mentoring and coaching have always been my through-line. Whether I was leading team trainings, developing scalable programs, or helping a colleague navigate their next career move, I’ve always found the greatest reward in helping others grow. When I wrote my essay to apply for my Master's in Business Administration (Marketing), the sole theme was finding purpose in my work. I love to look back on this goal, and review the teams, individuals, and businesses I have impacted on my journey since then. Now, I bring that same energy to coaching. I work with people who are ready to step into clarity — whether that means navigating change, unlocking career potential, or finally building a life that feels like theirs. I love exploring discomfort, and encouraging others to take the step they usually have been hesitating actioning for a long time. My goal is to always provide a comfortable environment for every person to express their goals and concerns, their own hesitations, and learn from my journey.
Why do I coach?
I have always found purpose in helping others navigate their careers — whether it’s offering guidance through a tough transition, celebrating a promotion, or simply helping someone rediscover what lights them up at work. Coaching isn’t just something I do — it’s something I’m genuinely passionate about. Seeing someone gain clarity and confidence in their path is what drives me. I have been lucky enough to have incredible mentors - both in high positions and who shared a desk with me - throughout my career journey. I am hoping to play that critical role in others' lives that helps drive them to their best version.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Martin Luther School
August 2017 - January 2019
Approached by a contact in my network during my Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Program to help a local, Queens-based school increase Admissions to avoid the school from shutting down and increase revenue-driving opportunities to help school recover from financial setbacks. With declining admissions putting the school at risk of closure, this role was created to spearhead a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing enrollment, engaging alumni, and modernizing the school’s digital presence. Worked cross-functionally with teachers, coaches, and staff to tell the school’s story, showcase its strengths, and create a lasting connection with both prospective families and loyal alumni. This involved launching the school’s first-ever social media presence, rebuilding its outdated website, and developing impactful campaigns to reach new audiences while reinforcing trust within the existing community. Campaigns included "Voice of the Students, Parents, Alumni" segments for prospective families to hear from the attendees themselves. I also interviewed Alumni on the impact of their school experience on their lives and careers, which became a monthly blog segment. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Messaging Development – Craft compelling narratives that highlights the school’s value, traditions, and future vision. Digital Transformation – Overhaul and maintain the school’s website to ensure it was modern, informative, and user-friendly for a wide audience. Social Media Launch & Management – Establish and grow the school’s social media presence, engaging students, families, and alumni. Admissions Marketing – Create targeted campaigns to attract new students, working closely with administration to drive enrollment. Community Engagement – Strengthened relationships with alumni and local organizations to generate support and word-of-mouth referrals. Cross-Department Collaboration – Partner with teachers and coaches to share stories, highlight student achievements, and promote events. Event Promotion – Develop marketing materials and communication plans for open houses, fundraisers, and school events. Content Creation – Developed the first ever external newsletter which showcased the year's events, student wins, sports highlights, and admissions events. Also wrote press releases, blog posts, and email communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. The Principal of the School tapped me to write and manage a Sunday newsletter specifically to speak to current parents, to inform them of upcoming events and improve current student and family experiences. Performance Tracking – Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to maximize impact. Frequently attended Board of Director meetings to present these insights to prove new Marketing Team and funding was having an impact on driving school engagement, informational form sign-ups, and Admissions event sign-ups.
Marketing Coordinator
Carriage Trade Insurance Agency
August 2017 - December 2018
Approached for this role while completing my Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing as a local Insurance Agency was looking to grow their online presence and connect with the next generation of clients. In this role, I spearheaded the launch of the brand blog and social media accounts, developed engaging content that both educated individuals, families, and small business owners about their insurance needs while building brand awareness. A key focus of this position was identifying and implementing new marketing strategies to attract younger audiences, ensuring long-term business growth as the existing client base aged. Responsibilities included content creation, social media management, and exploring innovative digital marketing tactics such as video content and targeted advertising. I also analyzed engagement data and industry trends to refine strategies and maximize outreach. While I had hesitancy to the industry at first, this was a very positively challenging and pivotal learning opportunity, where I had my first hands-on opportunity at digital storytelling, and finding engagement even in topics/issues that would generally be less "interesting." Role Highlight: I created a lasting brand and long-term business growth impact at a growing, community-focused agency. The agency's new ability to speak to and educate younger generations will benefit their knowledge of insurance and safety long-term.
