About Ryan
I went to college thinking I wanted to be an engineer, but I got lost along the way and ended up in management consulting. Since then I've moved on to product and operations work at various startups. If you're looking to break into consulting / product, become better at interviewing, or just figure out what you want to do next with your career, let's chat. Outside of work I love traveling, hiking, the NBA, music, ultimate frisbee, and the Pittsburgh Steelers. You can also reach out if you want to chat about any of that :)
Why do I coach?
Breaking into consulting is hard - doubly so if you're from a non-traditional background. I felt uncomfortable recruiting because I didn't fit the mold of a typical consultant, and I was immensely grateful for the help I received along the way. After receiving offers from a variety of top firms, I discovered that I have a passion for helping others cross that bridge as well. If you are struggling to get interviews, want to improve your casing skills, or are looking for guidance more generally, please reach out. If you're from a low-income background and are worried about cost, please reach out anyway. We'll make it work.
